beth koritz, lpc | resilience road
Following a winding path through several careers, relationships and illnesses, beth koritz found her purpose as a licensed professional counselor after graduating with her master’s degree at the age of fifty.
beth believes that the key to a happy, joy filled life is getting to know your authentic self and striving to be the best version of her. This self-exploration entails being open to all the Universe has to offer, the willingness to take responsibility for all of your thoughts, actions and emotions and learning self-compassion. Her first-hand experiences taught her to pause and sit in the quiet, allowing her inner voice to guide her personal journey.
beth’s areas of expertise center around the issues she is most passionate about. These include quieting the critical inner voice, body image issues, Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size, creating solutions and opportunities, and working through depression and/or anxiety. She finds joy working with clients who truly want to feel better about themselves and their journeys, improve their outlook, their relationships, and move forward from difficult times..
beth lives in St. Louis, MO in a 100+ year old house where she uses her creativity and her love for natural materials to make a home that is unique in function and design. She enjoys her downtime surrounded by yarn, hooks and needles with her mini aussie-doodle, Cassidy Blue by her side.
beth’s pride and joy are her two daughters who are her inspiration and daily reminder of what matters most. In her spare time, you’ll find beth, attending concerts, visiting the mountains, and dreaming of living part-time in Colorado.
Currently, beth is creating a coaching program based on the strategies and philosophies she weaves throughout resilience road.
